Donna Sachet's 14th Annual Holiday Cabaret

 

Donna Sachet, popular singer, skilled emcee, and beloved fundraiser, returns to The Empire Plush Room for the fifth year with her 14th Annual Songs of the Season, December 18-20, 2007.

Expect a rousing evening of song and comedy, as Sachet brings her much loved personality to the stage along with talented friends and fellow performers. There will be performances by Sharon McNight, S.D.K., Kathleen Antonia, Bill Bunn III, Kristopher McDowell, Michael Grossman, Connie Champagne, Vicki Shepard, Abigail and T.J. & Sheba. They will share seasonal music, hilarious humor, and touching memories for 3 splendid nights. The show begins at 8:00PM and tickets are $60 with a two-drink minimum.

This musical cabaret show has sold out for the past 6 years and is sure to bring you into the spirit of the holidays. The proceeds of the benefit go to the AIDS Emergency Fund (AEF), which has received tens of thousands of dollars from the annual concert over the years.

Each year about 2,500 low-income San Franciscans get help from AEF, enabling them to maintain housing and utility services, make medical co-payments, and meet other critical expenses while they are too sick to work.
