Amber is a woman in charge of her own destiny and has amassed an impassioned army of fans with a string of worldwide smash hits that include "Sexual (li da di)", "Above The Clouds", "This is your night", and "The Need To Be Naked". Sterling gems like "Yes!", "If You Could Read My Mind" (with Ultra Nate and Jocelyn Enriquez), and "One More Night".

She has also co-penned "Bless You Child" for a Bette Midler's album and most notably Cher’s cover of "Love One Another" earned Amber a Grammy nomination. Today she is forging forward with more energy than she ever has in the past with her own label JMCA Enterprises, your direct contact with the artist.

What are you most known for? I have 2 lives- the one as an artist which would then be my music, I would think. And then I have the one as a sister, daughter, Mom and friend. And there I would hope to be known for being honest, loving, caring and giving.

Where did your life begin? In the Netherlands, Europe.

What is your idea of perfect happiness? Health, Love and World Peace.

What is your greatest fear? Wars and Environmental Issues.

Which historical figure do you most identify with? I cannot walk in anybody's shoes but my own and can only identify truly with the people that I came from and have known all my life.

What is the trait you most deplore in yourself? Self-criticism.

What is your greatest extravagance? Shoes.

What do you consider the most overrated virtue? Heroism, especially the general interpretation of it.

What is your favorite journey? Creation of music.

What do you dislike most about your appearance? It is what it is...live your life with what you were given-we need to teach especially young girls out there to accept themselves in their own unique ways.

Which words or phrases do you most overuse? Cannot say "I love you" enough to my son...

What is your greatest regret? Entering this constitution called "Marriage".

What or who is the greatest love of your life? My son, my family and music.

When and where were you happiest? When I am in Europe with my family and real friends.

Which talent would you most like to have? I am fine with the voice that I have but would love to be able to play 20 different instruments
and dance like the wind...

What is your current state of mind? Restless.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? Have a higher motivation for working out. I do it but I dread it...;)

What do you consider your greatest achievement? My son.

If you could choose what to come back as, what would it be? Myself and my son's Mom.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery? Disrespect, Hate, Murder, Animal Abuse and Violence. Being accused of something that you did not do.

What is your favorite occupation? Music

What is your most marked characteristic? Being outspoken.

What is the quality you most like in a man? Humor, Intelligence, Intellect and Manners.

What is the quality you most like in a woman? Same.

Who are your favorite writers? Really depends on each individual piece. I do enjoy biographies.

Who  are your heroes in real life? My Mom.

What is it that you most dislike? Negativity and Drama.

How would you like to die? Peacefully surrounded with the people I love.

What is your motto? Treat others the way you want to be treated.

What is your favorite word? Love.

What is your least favorite word? Kill.

What turns you on? Humor, Intelligence, Intellect and Manners.

What turns you off? Bad teeth, body odor, machoism, a dumb follower mentality and just plain ignorance.
 
What sound or noise do you love? Music.

What sound or noise do you hate? High pitch noises.

What is your favorite curse word? Potverredorie, it’s Dutch [wink]

What profession, other than yours, would you like to attempt? Photography, Interior design

What profession would you absolutely not like to participate in? Politics, Military, Animal Testing, Pornography and anything that has to do with violence.

If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? I would like a big hug.
